The things you need to know
What are the methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo Delta or Maestro.
If you prefer, you can send us a cheque in which case your goods will be dispatched
once your payment has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Oriental
Garden Supplies.
What if a product is out of stock?
We keep very careful control of our stock levels. In the
unlikely event of you ordering a product that is unavailable we shall contact
you advising you of the expected delivery date, If this is unacceptable to
you, we will suggest an alternative product. If you chose not to accept this
alternative we shall, of course, refund your payment in full.
How will I know that my order has been received?
If you purchase online you will be sent a confirmation
email. If you purchase by telephone, the sales assistant will give you an
order reference number once your payment has been accepted. You should keep
a record of this number and quote it if you need to contact us for any reason
regarding your order.
How will my goods be delivered?
All items that are in stock will be delivered within 7
working days of placing the order (applies to UK mainland) In most cases you
will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that you, or someone will be
available to take delivery of your order.

Contacting Us.
We do not operate fixed opening hours. You may call us 7 days a week 24 hours
a day. If we are not able to take your call, please leave a message and we
shall return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Product Guarantees.
Different products will have different periods of guarantee.
In any event we offer a fixed 6 month money back guarantee should your goods
develop faults or fall below the high standards that we promote and that you
expect.
Returns policy
You may return any goods to us within 7 working days of
delivery if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. You must notify us by
email or in writing or your intention to return goods to us. Goods must be
returned in the same condition as they were delivered and in the same packaging.
With the exception of damaged goods, you will be responsible
for the cost of returning your items to us. If a product arrives damaged,
please make a note of the damage on your delivery note and advise us within
7 working days of delivery. We will arrange for the goods to be replaced at
no cost to you. Returned goods will not be accepted if they have been defaced,
altered or treated in any way.
How do I order Online?
Ordering online is very simple. Firstly you must open an
account with us by completing the simple registration process. You will be
asked to choose a username and password, which you should remember for future
use. Don’t worry if you forget it we will remind you of your details
by email.
Once you have selected a product, click on the “add to
basket” icon. If you are ordering more than one product, add each product
to your shopping basket using the above method. When you have finished shopping,
click on the “go to checkout “ icon.
Your shopping list and the total cost will be displayed. Please
check this very carefully. If you wish to change or amend any item click on
the amend icon and change as necessary. Once you are satisfied with your selection
click on the “purchase now” icon and you will be directed to our
secure server for payment Please note that we cannot be held responsible for
errors made by you in choosing your products.
